Delivery information is specific to the products being ordered and therefore this information is listed within the online shop.

Collection orders are free.

Please wait to be contacted before coming to collect. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if the product is out of stock and therefore will advise when the product will be available to collect.

If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.


Collect in person

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed.

Returns / Refund Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order, we request that you check the items within 24 hours. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01564 702800 Or email hello@amblesidesollihull.co.uk

Damaged Items

We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Please do not return a damaged item to us without contacting us first.

Perishable Items

We cannot refund or exchange perishable items unless they are damaged or faulty.
